Key Responsibilities
- Collect, assess, and interpret data to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Identify challenges and analyze pertinent information, including annual revenues, employment metrics, cost performance, schedules, and expenditures.
- Assist in the development and optimization of departmental business processes, particularly within financial operations, including engagement in LEAN initiatives and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Cultivate an understanding of the organization’s culture and relationships to devise effective solutions to client challenges.
- Apply mathematical models and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both in written reports and oral presentations.
- Operate in a hybrid work setting (50% Government Site / 50% Remote).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, including budgeting, accounting applications, and cost analysis.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.
